Rooftopy

The compact solution of roof units can find an answer to the needs of light industry, shopping centers, restaurants and fast food chains, as well as the cooling of electrical substations. A simple and highly effective solution called “PLUG and PLAY” means time and financial savings both in the phase of project preparation, construction readiness, and in the phase of installation and subsequent maintenance. All this thanks to its smart concept of the built-in cooling circuit and the built-in, sophisticated and years-proven CLIMATIC regulation. Although the device is compact, it can offer a wide range of cooling capacity, heating capacity and air flow.

Separate condensers

Separate condensers can be adapted to different uses such as standard air conditioning, commercial and industrial cooling. The high-quality surface treatment of the cladding and workshop processing ensure long-term protection against corrosion even in demanding conditions. It is possible to use all types of refrigerants: R404A, R134a, R410A, R407C, R407F.

Dry coolers

REFRION dry coolers are characterized by high-quality surface treatment of the casing and workshop processing, which ensures long-term protection against corrosion even in demanding conditions. We can offer a wide range of accessories not only for standard use, but also for the so-called “HEAVY DUTY” range, i.e. for very demanding conditions.

Chillers

We offer a wide range of cooling water generators, both in terms of performance and design. We can offer units with a cooling capacity of 4 kW up to 4100 kW, in air-cooled, water-cooled and units with a separate condenser. It goes without saying that the units are designed with the so-called reversible mode (heat pump). Because our manufacturers use a variety of compressor technology (scroll, screw, inverter technology and TURBOCOR technology), we are able to find solutions both for operations with a PRICE/PERFORMANCE requirement and for operations with high demands for year-round operation and uncompromising energy efficiency.

Optimized heat pumps

Optimized heat pumps are destined to be the primary source for medium and larger heat and cold distribution applications (power approx. 30 – 200 kW, possibility of up to 4 units in a cascade). The high outlet temperature of water up to 65°C, EW-HT up to 78°C, ensures the possibility of year-round heating as well as secures the need for DHW heating. At the same time, it makes a maximum use of the cooling circuit (AWR, WWH and cooling option) with a minimal need for bivalence. By using our optimized pumps, you are no longer dependent on natural gas!

Compact air handling units

We modify and improve the quality of the indoor environment mainly in stores and shopping centers with compact air-conditioning units (units with a cooling circuit for the indoor environment). A compact water loop unit is very popular, which can completely ensure the air conditioning of individual business units in larger shopping centers. It is possible to offer split channel units with high performance, as well as separate condensing units for both outdoor and indoor environments.

Simultaneous operation of 4-pipes

4-pipe sources ensure so-called simultaneous operation, simultaneously producing cooling and heating water. It is the result of maximum use of heat recovery. Thanks to this, the 4-pipe solution becomes ecological, practical and at the same time highly energy efficient. It is possible to offer both air-cooled and water-cooled units in the power range from 33 kW to 870 kW.

Fancoils

The design concept of fancoil units mainly fits into the design and installation of administrative buildings, warehouse and multifunctional halls and light industry halls. The offer is in the whole range and in a wide range of designs from wall-mounted, cassette and sheathed fancoils to high-pressure/high-performance duct units with external static pressure up to 350 Pa. A wide range of accessories including air components, electrical accessories, valve equipment and regulation is a matter of course.

The development of computing technology has seen an enormous growth in the last 2 decades. The answer to this trend in the field of HVAC is precision air conditioning units in a wide range of designs and with constant development of technology. Precision air conditioning units meet the strictest operational requirements and, thanks to the variety of choices, it is possible to use them in the smallest server rooms, telecommunications substations, up to extensive data centers.

Commercial splits and VRF

PANASONIC PACi Elite/Standard commercial splits are units designed for year-round operation, i.e. in cooling and heating mode. High reliability guarantees a problem-free operation when cooling spaces demanding on internal temperature, such as server rooms and electrical substations. The units can also be used for year-round air conditioning, e.g. in halls and stores, shopping centers, logistics halls, etc. A wide range of regulation and indoor units is a matter of course. VRF is a highly efficient and highly flexible solution that meets comfort and environmental requirements at the same time. A wide range of regulation, indoor units and performance, can find the answer for a wide range of applications. A specialty of the ECOG series is the so-called GHP unit (GHP = gas heat pump), which uses natural gas or propane butane to drive the compressor. With ECOG, there is no need to worry about an insufficient electrical connection when you need cooling or heating.

Measurement and control

The TZB division also includes the measurement and regulation department, which has many years of practical experience in the field of regulation of air-conditioning and air-conditioning systems, both in commercial and residential buildings, and in industry, especially in industry with potentially explosive and sensitive environments.
